Hello!  I am Kimberly Swanson, RDHAP, BS.  I graduated from Loma Linda University in 2013 with honors and practiced as a dental hygienist for over 10 years before deciding to expand my career and become an RDHAP. 

I have a passion for dental hygiene and oral health education. I strive to implement the best possible care and work with patients on a unique and individual basis while creating a professional, caring and supportive relationship.  I care deeply about providing treatment to patients who face challenges in receiving traditional dental care; which is what drove me to expand my scope of practice in order to see patients in a more comfortable and convenient environment. 

I haven been a member of my professional organization, California Dental Hygienists' Association, since I was a first-year dental hygiene student. I have held executive board positions on the local level since 2014, including President and Secretary.  I am currently acting as the regional Trustee. 

In my free time, I love to travel, camp and be outdoors with my family. I have a wonderful husband and two amazing daughters. I am a sports fanatic and spend a lot of time coaching my girls' teams. If I'm not doing dental related activities, you will find me at the beach, a baseball game, the hockey rink or, most recently, the golf course!
